Ham and Cheese
In the morning before my husband goes to work the family does a big group hug and says a quick prayer for the day. The girls love it and will stop whatever they are doing, grab a leg and hang on tight. Most days there is giggling, some days little fights over who gets who's leg, but today my oldest daughter yells "Sandwich" which is code for "squish us in the middle."
As my husband and I proceed to sandwich the girls, my youngest says to big sister "I'm the salami...no, wait, I'm the ham and you are the cheese." No two truer phrases could have been uttered in our house this morning.
Of course that's all from Daddy's side...
