We went to see UP! today and it was absolutely wonderful. I laughed, I cried...seriously. The first 5 minutes alone got me. Pixar has done a great job of creating a film that is charming and fun for both children and adults. My 4-year-old sat through the whole thing without any problems and she's usually my fidgety one. My husband even liked it. UP! has made it into my top 5 movies of all time. See it if you get the chance.The Breakdown.

ReplyDeleteUP is on our "family date" list. Cant' wait. We saw Night at the Museum 2 the other week (last week? it all runs together sometimes....) and I really enjoyed that one, too. Soooooo many historic/ cultural references that it would be a GREAT homeschool activity to have them research characters that came to life. We're studying ancient Rome right now, and the boys loved that a Roman soldier was a main character. Field trip to the Smithsonian is a MUST.
