We're having odd weather here in Music City. With the current weather pattern we are experiencing bouts of down pours, a bit of humidity and heat with cool breezes thrown in now and again. There are puddles everywhere, and so I pulled the boots out. Though my kids may like the squishing of feet in sandals or crocs, I can't say that I do. Not quite Fall and still not out of summer, today's outfit was a combination of both seasons - boots and t-shirt!

A brown purse with a black skirt and jeans? YES! Matching your shoes to your purse is a myth that needs dispelling. It's about what works and in this case, a black purse would have just faded into the background. Using a brown purse adds a little interest to the outfit and well, all my "stuff" was still the purse from the day before so I just left it there...
